Pilates training with ‘the boys’ ;)

On a sunny Sunday 22nd June 2014 I did 2 fabulous Pilates training workshops with ‘the boys’ aka Michael Fritzke & Ton Voogt.   This is the second time I’ve experienced their inspiring teaching and I just love them!   After 6 hours of fast paced learning I have lots to share over the coming months/years!

Ante natal Pilates training in London

Scan 1On a lucky Friday 13th in June this year, I travelled down to London to complete an Ante Natal Pilates training course with Lynne Robinson, co-founder and director of Body Control Pilates.  It was fantastic and I’ve got lots of information to share.  I also feel quite empowered to help lovely ladies on their beautiful journey :)

Screen Shot 2014-06-05 at 17.40.23Lovely article about my Aerial Pilates sessions in Scotland :)

It was a fun day teaching Kate Ball Aerial Pilates, she’s not scared to push herself and work hard – so I went for it…..  We ended up doing a 2 hour session at Get Down Dog and she rocked it!   Read this and get in touch if you fancy trying it for yourself :)  www.theskinny.co.uk

The Pictures shown above are of Aerial fabric dance which is performed at high levels.  With Aerial Pilates we use a hammock which is about 1/2 metre from the ground in a hammock shape…. like this

Believe in yourself

pilates pictures 039Explore your boundaries and try new things. I’m a believer in trying new things and finding your edges.  Knowing this boundary allows you to face your true self, travel beyond these boundaries and discover new and exciting things in your life and about yourself.   That is my challenge to you, create your dream life…pilates pictures 034E92D2037
